Different permissions for two types of app users

The app can support two different groups that need to see and do different things. For example, field technicians and supervisors, customers and staff, or members and managers.

The administrator is separate. Administration through the web portal does not use one of the included app user types.

Administration, revisions and support

Administration

An extended admin portal with two-factor authentication is included. The administrator is separate and does not count as either of the two app user types.

Revisions

Two revision rounds are included. New functions or user journeys are add-ons.

Support

30 days of launch support is included.
